Tom is the Head of Infrastructure and Investment Grade Credit for EMEA at Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) Credit, where he also serves as a member of the Private Credit Investment Committee. he has overall responsibility for the investment strategies, stewardship of investor capital, and overseeing business operations.

Since joining in 2013, Tom led many transactions within the private credit sector, introduced innovative investment structures, and led the development of a range of Private Credit funds and strategies.

Prior to joining Macquarie, Tom was part of the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory Team at ING Bank and worked in offices located in London, Madrid, and Amsterdam.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (honours) in industrial engineering and management science from the Eindhoven University of Technology, and a Master of Philosophy in Business from Tilburg University.
