Dean Atkins joined 400CM in 2015 and is Managing Director and Head of 400CM Europe.  Dean has nearly 30 years’ experience in trading and asset management across U.S. and European fixed income markets, managing risk in flow trading, proprietary trading and portfolio management businesses.  Prior to 400 Capital he was Partner and CIO at Kinson Capital, before which he held a number of senior positions at ABN AMRO including Head of Structured Finance Trading and Head of European ABS Trading & Syndicate.  Dean began his career on the U.S. RMBS desk at Abbey National, latterly co-managing a $15 billion portfolio.

Dean is Founding Chairman of the Catalyst Club, a genetic cancer research campaign for CRUK, and has an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University.
