David is the Chief Executive Officer at Starz Real Estate. He is responsible for the strategic direction at Starz. His David formed Starz after a long tenure at Marathon Asset Management where he was the founder and manager of the Marathon secured lending programs. Most recently, David started and managed Marathon’s European CRE platform.

In addition to real estate, David has experience financing a wide variety of assets classes from aircraft to consumer loans. David started his career at Heller Financial, a middle market lender based in Chicago. David received an MBA from Baruch University and a BA from Brandeis University.
