Andy Kolacki is a Partner in Mayer Brown's Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Practice Area, Banking and Finance Group. Andy represents lenders, private equity sponsors and borrowers in connection with domestic and international acquisition/leverage financings and restructurings. His practice includes senior and subordinated capital structures (including second lien and mezzanine facilities) with specific experience of bank/bond financings and transatlantic financings using US term loan B structures.
