Woodson Whitehead

Co-Founder, MedLiquidity Corporation

Woodson Whitehead is a co-founder of MedLiquidity Corporation.  MedLiquidity has created a dynamic automated platform that in real time pools Medicare and Medicaid claims into securitizations which provides hospitals with an immediate source of lower-cost funding.

Woodson is also a partner at Green Square Wealth Management which is a $4bln+ multi-family office.  Woodson works with Green Square families to develop their investment strategies and manages the firm’s asset allocation process.

Woodson joined Green Square in 2013 after working for Credit Suisse, where he advised on and executed more than $15 billion of leveraged finance transactions. Previously, he was with Deloitte & Touche, where he primarily provided audit and attestation services to companies in the financial services industry.

Woodson received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. At Southern Methodist University, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics, with honors, as well as his Master of Science degree in Accounting. Woodson is a CPA and holds a Series 65 license.
