Richard Myers
Rich Myers is the Head of Financial Institutions and Securitized Products for Fixed Income Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. In this cross-divisional role, Rich and his team are responsible for delivering strategic balance sheet advice and the firm’s full suite of product capabilities to North American financial institutions and other asset rich corporations. Rich has advised a diverse set of clients on debt, hybrid capital, and equity offerings; mergers and acquisitions; strategic partnerships; liability management; securitizations; credit risk transfers; and loan and securities portfolio sales.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Rich spent 18 years at Credit Suisse, most recently as Co-Head of FIG Financing & Capital Advisory and Co-Head of North American Banks coverage in the Financial Institutions Group.
Rich graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a double major in economics and government. He lives in New York City with his wife and two boys.
