Ralph Birt has almost 25 years of financial services experience with extensive experience in mortgages, structured products and specialty finance. He is a Managing Partner of Gwynn Oak Capital, a boutique financial advisory firm focused on advising and investing in small businesses, mortgage assets and specialty finance. While at Gwynn Oak Ralph has executed transactions in specialty finance, small business advisory, mortgage assets, aviation and transportation. He primarily focuses on structuring loans, warehouse lines and forward flow agreements. Prior to Gwynn Oak, Ralph held various roles at boutique firms focused on specialty finance and structured products. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 2001 and spent 10 years at the firm in various roles across Principal Finance, Structured Products and Market Risk. Ralph has a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
