Ivy Wang is the Director of Capital Markets at Upstart where she leads the Structured Products team in the development of Upstart’s securitization programs and warehouse financing. Ivy also oversees the Institutional Capital team that manages Upstart’s forward flow relationships, with a focus on expanding the company’s strategic partnerships. Founded in 2023, the Institutional Capital team at Upstart has closed over $6.0B of funding with major institutional investors. Prior to Upstart, Ivy worked on Wall Street covering consumer asset-backed securities within the Structured Finance Origination groups at Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch. 

Ivy holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and BA in Economics & Art History from Wellesley College.
