Edward Fitzgerald is the founder and managing partner at Whitehall Partners, a premier Structured Finance Advisory Boutique. With over 30 years of experience and innovation in structured finance, he has significantly influenced the landscape of asset-backed securities through creative financial solutions and visionary leadership. During his tenure at New York Life, he managed a $60 billion portfolio, notably enhancing its performance and stability, and was instrumental in pioneering early securitizations in new asset classes.

At Whitehall Partners, Edward leverages his broad background to deliver customized services in investment analysis, quantitative research and analytics, transaction-related advisory services, and portfolio analysis and surveillance. His extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge encompass a diverse range of asset classes, including consumer finance receivables, commercial and specialty finance assets, transportation finance, residential credit, fund finance, and renewable energy investments. Edward holds a BBA and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and Fordham University, respectively, and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst for nearly three decades.
