The Future Leaders Forum is for rising stars at the beginning of their career, its an opportunity to hear from the people leading the industry and to gain their advice on how to survive and thrive in the structured finance industry.  Huge industry names, including Steve Gandy, Natalie Esnault, Merryn Craske & Janet Oram, took to the stage to offer candid advice and to share their experiences of 'making it' in structured finance.  Key themes included 'what I wish I'd known when starting out' and 'what does excellence look like'.  It was an unusual and much needed opportunity for the future leaders in our industry to hear life experiences and career advice from the people driving our industry forward.
